Why it,s show liabilities side captial fund and does not show pavilion fund

Dear student
Both capital fund and pavilion fund are marked on the liability side of the balance sheet .
They both are liabilities for an organisation as
i)capital is given by the owner of the organisation and
ii) pavilion fund is a specific fund given for Construction of Pavilion and thus it is a Capital Project Fund and such funds are shown on the liabilities side of the Balance sheet.
