Why male drone bees die after mating?

Dear student,
Male drone bees when mate with the queen insert their endophallus and release semen, after ejaculation they leave their endophallus in the queen due to which their abdomen tears apart and opens up causing death of male drone bees. When next male drone mates it removes the previous endophallus and insert their own releasing semen and dies soon.
