Why milk regarded as a hetro mixture? Its particles are not visible so shouldnt it be called homogenous

Have you ever seen that milk has a layer of fat on it when it is kept to cool after being boiled. This shows that particles of milk are not miscible but they are small enough that we cannot see this with our naked eyes. Thus, milk is a heterogenous mixture.
