1. Natural resources like land, soil, minerals, forests, rivers are assets to the nation which needs proper utilisation for development. Without the existence of these natural resources a country cannot develop.The base of the development of a nation depends on these resources.

2. Human resources are essential because only skilled and efficient man force can make the resources use for future by applying new technology and machinery.
