1. Good conductors allows current to pass through them such as metals.
2. Bad conductors resist the flow of current through them such as rubber, plastic etc.
3. The rubber gloves resist the flow of current as rubber is not a good conductor of electricity and hence the rubber gloves will save the electrician from shock.
