Why Thermometers measuring temperature in Kelvin are also known as Thermodynamic scale or Thermodynamic zero or Thermodynamic temperature?

Look Kelvin scale is also another measuring scale of temperature .Therefore if we use the Kelvin scale instead of centigrade scale then we can also measure the temperature of any substance .That is why Kelvin scale is another thermodynamic scale or thermodynamic zero or thermodynamic temperature .
