Why vegetables are cooked with difficulty at hill station.

At higher altitudes, the atmospheric pressure will be low. As a result, at a higher altitudes, water will boil at a lower temperature and hence the heat provided by boiling water will not be sufficient to cook vegetables. This is why it is difficult to cook vegetables at the hill station
