Dear student,
The Kelvin scale is popular in scientific applications because of the lack of negative numbers. This scale is convenient for recording the very low temperatures of liquid helium and liquid nitrogen. Kelvin's scale of temperature better than Celsius, the simplest reason is that the Kelvin scale starts from a perfect 0. The zero points of this scale are equivalent to -273.15 °C on the Celcius scale. This zero point is considered the lowest possible temperature of anything in the universe.
The zero-point Kelvin scale is based on absolute zero (lowest temperature possible anywhere). But on a Celsius scale, zero points is taken where water freeze. So Kelvin is absolute in nature.
