Why we take Red, Blue, Green as primary colours we can make any colour by combination of any three colours so why we take Red,blue,green as primary colour

May be combination any other colour give many other colour but not red,green or blue.Most times either one of them missing or cannot be prepared.Also by it should be easy to produce any othe colour by mixing of primary colour.This is much easy with RGB because we have colour wheel and mixing the amount can be easily guessed.Thats why RGB are primary colour.
