Question

Why we take second equation of motion s=ut +1/2at2 to calculate distance why not 3 equation of motion

Open in App
Solution

We take second equation of motion s=ut +1/2at2 to calculate distance why not 3 equation of motion becoz it is the real formula of distance and we simply need to put in the values.
But this is not possible very time since we might not to be given all the values. At that time we need to use the 3 rd equation of motion.
