a. British machine made goods were cheaper as it made sue of latest technology and machinery like spinning Jenny, use of steam engine which allowed it to produce in huge quantity and in a lesser time.
b. This allowed British to take advantage of economies of large scale.
c. Good thus produced had low cost of production , thus were cheap.
d. Indian hand made goods thus had to face severe competition from the machine made goods.
e. As these good involved lot of time , labour and effort to produce.
