Wind was blowing from region A to region B. Suddenly the pressure of region B drops, while that of region A remains the same. Then, the speed of the wind will:
The speed of the wind depends on the pressure difference between the regions. In the above case, pressure at B drops and the pressure at A remains same. As a result, the pressure difference between the region A and B increases, thereby increasing the speed of the wind which is blowing from relatively high pressure region A to low pressure region B.
