The correct option is A 1.2 V, 1.1 V

$E_1=x\left(0.6\right)$ and $E_2=E_1-0.1=x\left(0.55\right)\Rightarrow \frac{E_1}{E_1-0.1}=\frac{0.6}{0.55}$
or $55E_1=60E_1-6\Rightarrow E_1=\frac{6}{5}=1.2V$ thus $E_2=1.1V$
