Increasing temperature will weaken the bond between an oxygen and a hemoglobin which in turn decreases the concentration of the oxyhemoglobin. The graph become more flat as oxygen concentration decreases.
Increasing level of 2,3- Biphosphoglycerate causes be a right shift in the graph, thereby decreasing the affinity of oxygen for haemoglobin. In this case also graph becomes flat.
Increased carbon-monoxide causes a shift towards the left replacing the oxygen with carbon-mono-oxide.
