On increasing temperature weight doesnot changes, hence molality, weight fraction of solute and mole fraction does not changes, as they entirely depend upon the weight of solute/solvent.
Molarity changes with temperature as it's directly proportional to moles of solute and inveresly proportional to volume of solution. On increasing the temperature, Volume of solution increases and hence with the increase in temperature the molarity of solution decreases .
