Solution
Both T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes are white blood cells. They are agranulocytes (no granules in the cytoplasm). They are the specific immune responders (the immune system can identify the invaders and attack). Both are produced by the bone marrow but mature in different places.
T lymphocyte can kill the infected cell (Cyto toxic / cell medicated immunity) B lymphocytes produces antibodies which attack the antigens.
T lymphocytes mature in thymus; B Lymphocytes are in the nodes.
