Solution

While applying for a driving license, one has to submit three main documents. In order to furnish proof of age, one can submit their PAN card, passport, birth certificate, Aadhar card, or school certificate. For residence-proof, the RTO accepts ration card, electricity bill, tax receipts, life insurance policy, voter ID card, and passport. Finally, forms A1 and A2 are submitted as proof of physical fitness.

Once these documents are verified, the person must sit for a test to obtain a learner's license. They can then apply for a permanent license after 30 days.
