The correct option is B 2 only
The Constitution of India has adopted the Parliamentary System of Government based on the British Model system. The Constitution has established Parliamentary system at the Center and in States. In Parliamentary System the Majority Party rules and Executive is collectively responsible to the legislature and Prime Minister is the leader. The Prime Minister has power regarding Council of Ministers where he recommends persons who can be appointed by the President. Article 75 provides that the President can only appoint those persons who are recommended by the Prime Minister.
