The given numbers are 133125 and 1321

We know a rational number is expressed in simplest form pq and if q can be expressed as

2m×5n, then it is a terminating decimal

Here, 3125 can be expressed in terms of its prime as 5 x 5 x 5 x 5 x 5 = 55
3125 = 2m.5n, where m = 0 and n = 5

Since q can be expressed in the form of 2m.5n, we can say 133125 has a terminating decimal expansion.

Similarly, 21 can be expressed in terms of its prime as 3×7

Since q cannot be expressed in the form of 2m.5n, we can say 1321 has a non - terminating decimal.
