$0$ is the multiple of $3$, which smaller than $3$

Write $0$ in tens place of quotient and write the product $0$ below the tens place of dividend, $0-0=0$

Step 3 : Bring down $4$

$4÷3$,

$3$ is the multiple of $3$, which smaller than $4$

Write $1$ in ones place of quotient and write the product $3$ below the ones place of dividend, $4-3=1$

we get,
