Step 1 : Divide $1$ tens by $6$ ,

Here, $1$ can not divided by $6$

So, Bring down $9$ along with $1$

Step 2 : $18$ is the multiple of $6$, which smaller than $19$

we get,

Hence, the required quotient is $3$ and remainder is $1$
