Would you term curd formation as a chemical change ? Justify your answer.

Due to the lactobacillus bacteria the curd formation takes place .
During the formation of Curd from the milk the chemical composition is changed, so it is considered to be chemical change.

And also, once the curd is formed , we cannot seperate the substances from it. That is curd formation is an irreversible chemical change.
