For converting 710and9100 into decimals, we have to count the number of zeros in the denominator and then from the right extreme end of the numerator we have to start counting the same number of digits moving towards the left and place the decimal point.

Therefore, 710=0.7and9100=0.09.

=46+0.7+0.09

=46.79.
