Hitler was an extremely evil person who caused immense destruction and the death of millions of people through his aggressive and genocidal policies. He was a megalomaniac who wanted to rule the whole world. Moreover, he held extremely grotesque views of race and culture and regarded entire groups of people like Jews and Eastern Europeans as sub humans. Hence, during the second world war, he not only conquered vast territories in Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union, he also started the policy of genocide where Jews and other groups of people he considered sub human will be killed. It was only Hitler's death through suicide when he realized that he had lost the war that peace finally came to Europe.
