Fading Rangoli :
In this extract the significance of Rangoli has been exhibited and how women of our country enjoyed making it. During the festivals, the women would make Rangolis which were very colorful and vibrant and it indicates that the guests were welcome and the home were prepared for them. But it was a matter of past. The saddest part now is that modern women have no time left for these customs and traditions and they are fading away with the time. Rangoli was in the previous times made on a frequent basis but now it is reserved only for special festive occasions.
