Subject : Letter of Credit D.M. 2,40,000.

We have proposed to import MACHINERY from KRUPP International, GMBH, Germany. As per the terms of quotation, we have to place an order along with a Letter of credit.

We, therefore, request you to issue a letter of credit in favour of the said company for D.M. 2,40,000. This letter may be issued on the basis of credit balance in our current account and as per the prevailing exchange rate.

Kindly issue the letter of credit and oblige that will enable us to place an order at an early date.
