I purchased a Dell computer from your shop on July 13,

2019, invoice number 17980 with all the accessories and peripheral devices. I regret

to inform you that there is a defect in the computer. It automatically switches

off after every 30 minutes. I thought the auto switch-off option might have

been activated; but when I checked, no such option had been activated. I have been facing lots of inconvenience and stress on this account. I am a

professional online teacher. I am unable to teach my students waiting in

distant parts of the country. I request you to send your engineer at the

earliest at my address on the invoice and fix the problem. If the CPU needs

replacement, kindly do the replacement at the earliest. I shall be exceedingly

grateful.
