Sub : Complaint against irresponsible behaviour of the bus conductor.
Dear Sir,
I want to draw your kind attention to the rude and discourteous behaviour of the conductor, Hari Shankar, with the commuters of the bus that plies between Habibganj and Bairagarh on every evening from Monday to Friday. He behaves with the passengers in an indifferent and absurd manner and uses filthy languages while lacking all etiquettes.
The conductor does not stop the bus at the fixed stops and causes inconvenience by stopping the bus either before or after the stop thereby causing the passengers to run for the bus. He then never bothers to check whether the passengers have got into the bus or not and blows the whistle. The bus moves while passengers have hardly one foot on the floor board making them fall, sustain injuries while also causing irritation and insult.
He behaves indecently showing no courtesy to senior citizens and ladies.
It is my humble request to please look into the matter and take the conductor Hari Shankarto task. You are also urged to train the recruited drivers and conductors so as to how to deal withpassengers. They must be properly instructed and suitable advised about proper conduct. Surprise checks in this respect will help.
