Dear Sir ,

I am writing with regard to the recent changes you made to the transit schedule and route. It causes pressing problems into the neighbourhood.

I am a commuter of route#23, and the bus#22A of your service used to start at 7.00 am which was very convenient for us as we had enough preparation time for office. But for the last one week it starts 15 minutes earlier – at 6.45 am. Consequently, we need to get out from house so early in the morning that brings about several problems such as people like me are unable to do some exercise, children are forced to attend school unnecessarily early, and so on. On the top of that, you have also replaced the bus which is in poor condition that it was before.

It would be appreciative if you change the current schedule and the bus as so that we can commute comfortably. I am looking forward to seeing your prompt action.
