Solution

12, Kasturi Bai Street, Chennai-20.

Dear Sir ,

I am writing this letter in reference to the lost bag of mine in the Navjivan express on 2nd of October 2019. I travelled from Chennai to Anand in the coach S4 and my seat number was 45. Unfortunately, when Salem was about to reach, I realized that my travel bag was missing.

Although I screamed and alerted co-passengers about the missing bag, there was no concrete information from anyone. At that moment, I was very much frustrated as the travel bag that I lost had all my education and experience certificates. My travel to Anand was related to an interview and I made it through as well.

To complete the joining formalities with the company I am supposed to submit my original certificates as early as possible. Although I made a request to universities and old companies for the issuance of my duplicate certificates, I believe a quick search action from Railways would certainly help to get my bag.

I am looking for your positive feedback.

Yours faithfully,

Priya
