Traffic is a common term common with moving cars, overloaded trucks, four-wheelers, cattle herds or a variety of some other animals. Besides, a significant aspect of road traffic is formed by a crowd of citizens & pedestrians.

Laws are an official guideline about what should or should not be followed to save us from disorder and chaos. The word Traffic-Rules, therefore, offers structured and regulated steps that an individual require to take on the roadway to reach their location safely.

Traffic rules for safety purpose

The rules of the road ensure securing the lives by suitable standards of behaviour on the roadway. The key regulations are as shown in:

• We have to drive the vehicle to the left to allow the citizens on the other direction to travel safely and also enable the car on the backside to go beyond.
• When leaving the former road and joining a new one at the moment of turning a left turn, hold the vehicle on the left.
• At the moment of turning right to carry the vehicle to the middle and then turn left.
• Reduce the speed of a vehicle at the turns, at the ends of the road, at the zebra-crossings, while trying to overtake and times where there’s a range of obstructions.
• The helmet is compulsory not as a rule, but to avoid any damage to the head or any tragedy.
• Improper park and ride are illegal.
• The horn should be used carefully and should not be a source of the noise.
• To prevent a collision, maintain a sufficient distance. Any collisions between the two automobiles can occur when there is an inappropriate gap between them.
• All of a sudden, we should not apply breaks since it could trigger an abrupt stop. There will be a jerk in the vehicle that can cause serious injury.
• Remember to follow signals and traffic rules from the police officer.
• When taking a U-turn, also be careful. U-turning can be dangerous. Without noticing at the traffic behind you, never make a U-turn. Never to take one at the disturbing traffic or traffic signals, as well. Also, after showing hand signals, make a U-turn and not take on the restricted areas for U-turn.
