Rational number which does not lies between the above rational numbers can be found as follows:

$\frac{-2\times 5}{3\times 5}$ & $\frac{-1\times 3}{5\times 3}$

$\frac{-10}{15}$ & $\frac{-3}{15}$ By taking LCM

so number which does not lies betwewn $\frac{-2}{3}$ & $\frac{-1}{5}$ are $\frac{-2}{15}$ ,$\frac{-1}{15}$ and continue if you want to move but don't choose between $\frac{-10}{15}$ & $\frac{-3}{15}$
