Solution:
The crustal parts consist of two parts.

• One is Continental crust and the other one is oceanic crust.

Crust is solid in state.
Crust is very thin in terms of its thickness and the number stands at something between 4-70 km. This number is too small when compared to the radius of 6351 km.
Continental crust is made up of silica and aluminum and the oceanic crust is made up of silica and magnesium. So these two crustal layers are identified in the name of SIAL and SIMA respectively.
