Maria Sharapova was a brave , self reliant girl who was not dependent on anybody for her work and would wake up early in the morning for her hard work as a tennis player.. She was of Siberian blood but she went to USA for her training at the young age of nine without her mother. Her perseverance and dedication to all her aspects in life has been the key to her success.She became one of the youngest tennis champions, and has kept on working since then. Maria Sharapova earned the title of the world number one in women’s tennis in 2005. She reached the top by the dint of her earnest efforts and diligent work. Thus, the title is apt in that it salutes the courage and strong will-power of this young tennis star who overcame all hardships and obstructions to reach the top. Maria Sharapova is among the most renowned woman tennis stars of all times who is equally admired for her game and for her attractive looks. Former number 1, Maria Sharapova is an inspiration for everyone, especially the sportswomen.
