Write a short note on desert soil

Dear Student,

Desert soil lacks humus and moisture, which makes it less fertile. The water content in these soil is fulfilled through irrigation only because the average rainfall in such region is very less. This type of soil is found in arid and semi-arid areas. Desert soil is found mostly in areas of Rajasthan and in some areas of Haryana and Punjab.
