Diabetes:
Diabetes is a condition in which the body is not able to use glucose effectively resulting in glucose levels in the blood rising.
The pancreas is known to secrete a hormone known as insulin.
Insulin has an important function of regulating the level of glucose in the blood.
When insulin is not secreted by these cells in enough amounts, the body can neither use the sugar nor can store it in the liver in the form of glycogen.
As a result, the blood contains extra sugar and sugar level becomes high in the blood.
As the sugar levels increase it passes out through the urine.
