Desert-
The Sahara desert in Africa is the largest desert in the world and the other popular deserts in Africa are the Namib desert and the Kalahari desert. The desert that we can see in the northern part of Africa is the Sahara desert and in the southern part of Africa, we can see the Kalahari desert.

Mountains-
The major mountains found in Africa are the Kilimanjaro range and Atlas ranges. Kilimanjaro range is the highest mountain range in Africa. The height of Mount Kilimanjaro is about 5895 meters.

Rivers-
There are a lot of rivers in Africa. Some of the important rivers in Africa are the Nile river which is the longest river in the world, the Niger river the Congo river the Zambezi river and the orange river.

The Great Rift Valley-
The Great Rift Valley stretches from the Middle East in the north to Mozambique in the South and is almost 6900 kilometres long. This is why this Rift Valley in Africa is called the Great Rift Valley.

Lakes-
The Rift Valley facilitates the formation of lakes in eastern Africa. see the map given here, we can see all the lakes nearby the Rift Valley. Some of the major lakes in Africa are – Albert, Edward, Victoria, Tanganyika and Nyasa. Among all these lakes, Lake Victoria is the largest lake that we can see in Africa.
