• Marco Polo, a famous traveller, travelled to her kingdom and called her fearless.
• In inscriptions, Rudramadevi was known as Rudradeva Maharaj.
• She was not liked by her nobles and faced opposition from many important chiefs.
• She suppressed them with the help of her grandson Prataparudra.
• Kayastha Ambadeva, one of her sub-ordinates, defeated her at the battle of Chandupatla, where she lost her life.
