Solution

  • If a person’s property has been illegally occupied he can go to the courts and get the illegal encroachment evicted if the police do not take any action.
  • However, there are already thousands of pending cases in courts. If the courts give the verdict in this case after many years, then the person has lost precious time of his life, hence it is a case of justice delayed is justice denied.
  • If a person is falsely implicated in a case and is imprisoned, he has the right to approach courts, once agains due to massive number of pending cases in the courts, the courts may take many years to pass its judgement and release the person from a prison. In this scenario the innocent person languishing in jail would have lost too much of his precious time in his life.
  • Time is the most precious commodity for any human being, if it is lost it can never be regained, hence delivering timely justice is of paramount importance, in the above case, by delaying in delivering the justice, justice has been denied to the concerned person.
