Darwin's theory:

  1. Darwinism or Darwin's theory of evolution was given by Charles Darwin.
  2. It had three main components which state that:
  1. Variation occurred randomly among the members of a species.
  2. An individual's character large could be inherited by their offspring.
  3. Only the fittest will survive after the struggle of existence.
