The arithmetic progression with first term $a$ and common difference given by
$a,a+d,a+2d,a+3d,....$

i.e. each term is obtained by adding '$d$' to the preceding term.
Here, $a=4$ and $d=-3$

So, the arithmetic progression is
$4,4+(-3),4+2\times (-3),4+3(-3),4+4(-3),....$

or, $4,1,-2,-5,-8,...$
