Solution

Reactivity Series:

  1. In a reactivity series, the element which is most reactive is placed at the top and the least reactive element at the bottom.
  2. More reactive metals have a greater tendency to lose electrons and they form positive ions .
  3. The elements that are placed below Hydrogen in the reactivity series are Copper (Cu), Mercury (Hg), Silver (Ag), Platinum (Pt) and Gold(Au).

Therefore, the chemical symbols of any two elements that are placed below Hydrogen in the reactivity series are Cu (Copper), Hg (Mercury).
