Energy is the ability of a body to do work. The more energy a body has, the more work it can do. Unit of energy is joules (J).

Heat is a form of energy that flow from one body to other body on due to their temperature difference. It can be converted from one form to the other. Unit of energy is also joules (J).

Power is rate of doing work. The power a measure of how much work can be done by a body in a unit time. Unit of power is watts (W) i.e. joules/second
