The numbers between 16and27 are 17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26

17 is a prime number because 17 cannot be divided evenly by any number except for 1 and 17.

18 is not a prime number because factors of 18 are 1,2,3,6,9,18. It has more than two factors, So it is not a prime number.

19 is a prime number because 19 cannot be divided evenly by any number except for 1 and 19.

20 is not a prime number because factors of 20 are 1,2,4,5,10,20. It has more than two factors, So it is not a prime number.

21 is not a prime number because factors of 21 are 1,3,7,21. It has more than two factors, So it is not a prime number.

22 is not a prime number because factors of 22 are 1,2,11,22. It has more than two factors, So it is not a prime number.

23 is a prime number because 23 cannot be divided evenly by any number except for 1 and 23.

24 is not a prime number because factors of 24 are 1,2,3,4,6,8,12,24. It has more than two factors, So it is not a prime number.

25 is not a prime number because factors of 25 are 1,5,25. It has more than two factors, So it is not a prime number.

26 is not a prime number because factors of 26 are 1,2,13,26. It has more than two factors, So it is not a prime number.

Hence,17,19,23 are the prime numbers between 16and27
