Write down Einstein's mass-energy equivalence relation, explaining the meaning of each symbol used in it.

Einstein suggested that mass and energy are interchangeable. According to mass-energy equivalence relation, due to the change in mass, 𝛥𝑚 during a nuclear change, the energy released is E, is given as :
𝐸 = (𝛥𝑚) c2
where, 𝛥𝑚 is the loss in mass, in kg.
𝑐 is the speed of light (= 3× 108m/s)
𝐸 is the energy released, in joule (J).
