1. If the cyclone hasn't hit the area, I'd alert them about it and suggest them to stay indoors.
2. If the cyclone has hit the area and some of the neighbours have been badly affected by it, I'd help them out by moving them into a safe shelter as well as provide food and drinking water.
3. If some of them have been hurt or injured in the cyclone, I'd provide them a first aid before calling the concerned hospital support.
