(i) $2 x + 3 y = 6.37$
(ii) $x - 4 = \sqrt{2} y$

$\sqrt{5} x - 2 y = 9.35$
$\sqrt{5} x - 2 y - 9.35 = 0$
compare with $a x + b y + c = 0$
$a = \sqrt{5}, b = - 2, c = - 9.35$
