Let the group of numbers be $a_{1}, a_{2}, a_{3}, a_{4}, a_{5}, \dots$
$a_{1} = a = 10 a_{2} = a_{1} + d = 10 + 10 = 20 a_{3} = a_{2} + d = 20 + 10 = 30 a_{4} = a_{3} + d = 30 + 10 = 40 a_{5} = a_{4} + d = 40 + 10 = 50$
Therefore, the group of numbers will be 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, …
The first four terms of this A.P are 10, 20, 30, and 40.

$(i i) G i v e n, a = - 2 a n d d = 0$
Let the group of numbers be $a_{1}, a_{2}, a_{3}, a_{4}, a_{5}, \dots$
$a_{1} = a = - 2 a_{2} = a_{1} + d = - 2 + 0 = - 2 a_{3} = a_{2} + d = - 2 + 0 = - 2 a_{4} = a_{3} + d = - 2 + 0 = - 2$
Therefore, the series will be - 2, - 2, - 2, - 2, …
Hence, the first four terms of this A.P. are - 2, - 2, - 2 and - 2.
