Solution

Given equation is:
2x+y=7
For x = - 1, we get
2+y=7
y=9
(-1, 9) is a solution.
For x = 0, we get
0+y=7
y=7
(0, 7) is a solution.
For x = 1, we get
2+y=7
y=5
(1, 5) is a solution.
For x = 2, we get
4+y=7
