x=6y

Open in App
Solution

Finding four solution for the equation x=6y:

The given equation will be written as;

x-6y+0=0·····i

Putting y=0in equation i

we get, x-60+0=0

x=0

Thus, 0,0 is a solution of equation i.

Putting x=6 in equation i,

6-6y+0=0

6=6y

y=1

Thus, 6,1 is a solution of equation i.

Putting x=2 in equation i

2-6y+0=0

2=6y

y=13

Thus, 2,13 is a solution of equation i

Putting y=12 in equation i

x-612+0=0

x-3=0

x=3

Thus, 3,12 is a solution of equation i.

Therefore, 0,0,6,1,2,13,3,12 are four solution to equation x-6y+0=0.
